In Jorgerstrasse you can find a house which is almost 100 years old - it is the Hotel Thueringer Hof. It was built at the turn of the century in the impressive style of a Bougeoise Viennese Town House, and became the property of the Fischer/Wilhelm families as in 1971. At the end of the eighties, the house was completely refurbished. Special care was taken to preserve the exterior facade. After the modernisation of the inner rooms, you will notice that architecture maintained the tradition. When the rooms were furbished, tasteful details, such as chandeliers and old carpets, were added, which gave the hotel a distinguished and guarded atmosphere. There is a restaurant, an elegantly furbished conference room, a comfortable bar and a day room with a reading-corner. Hotel also offers non-smoking rooms, room service, safety box, cable TV, solarium, elevators, parking, balcony, barber shop, doctor on call, guest laundromat, small pets allowed.
